But because your oxygen levels and carbon dioxide levels becomes imbalance due to your rapid breathing; you will experience giddiness; vertigo and other uncomfortable symptoms. Finally, your brain releases the trigger – the need to run. That is why you experience that uncomfortable symptom of a weight being pushed down on your abdomen area – the feeling as if you’re riding the roller coaster or jumping off a high-rise building.
